ARRIVAL

The time of check-in is from 16.00 until 20.00. Different times must be agreed with us so that we can rearrange the rooms and apartments before your arrival. Even in case of delay please contact us because we do not have a reception desk open 24 hours on 24.
The apartments and rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am. Different times has to be agreed in advance with us.

PAYMENT

The reservation will be confirmed upon payment of a deposit of 30% on the total amount by bank transfer, postal money order.
The balance can be pay or at your arrival or at your departure either in cash or by check.
We do not accept credit cards or debit cards. You can ask where to find the nearest ATM

CITY TAX

The city tax of € 1.50 per person per night will be applied from April 1 to October 31 of each year, for all our guests up to a maximum of 6 nights. They are exempt children up to 12 years of age.

CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation of the reservation will be held the deposit of 30% on the total booking. Only if we can book weeks cancelled, the deposit will be returned.
