B&B – Rules of procedure

ARRIVAL

The time of check-in is from 16.00 until 20.00. Different times must be agreed with us so that we can rearrange the rooms and apartments before your arrival. Even in case of delay please contact us because we do not have a reception desk open 24 hours on 24.
The apartments and rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am. Different times has to be agreed in advance with us.

TO CONFIRM RESERVATION

We ask to make a deposit of 40%, net of bank charged, by bank transfer.
The remaining balance can be paid on arrival.

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED

Credit card (Mastercard), Cash, wire transfer.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
14 days or less: deposit will be retained or, in case of no deposit, 40% of the reservation will be required.
2 or less days or early departure- the total amount of reservation is due.

CITY TAX

The city tax of € 1.50 per person per night will be applied for all our guests up to a maximum of 6 nights. They are exept children up to 12 years of age.
